No questionnaire needed for this one... Just give us the child's name and gender. We take it from there! For each letter of the child's name, we create a row of Images of items beginning with that letter. What us to include something specific... say a particular sports team, movie character, food item, favorite toy? No problem, just let us know. Lots of brightly colored images look really sharp when finished with a clean white frame. Finished size depends on the number of letters in the child's name. Average size is approximately 18"x24".

Our Personalized Baby Print begins with a sweet poem (shown below), personalized for your little one with the baby's name, birthdate, weight, length, and up to two photos. 
Poem reads:
Tiny little baby, so young and so sweet,
with tiny little hands and tiny little feet
Your plump little cheeks, pink like a rose
happy smiling eyes and a cute button nose
A toothless smile and heart-melting laugh...
that baby-soft smell just after your bath

Our Personalized Busy Toddler Print begins with a cute poem about busy toddler activities throughout the four seasons, personalized with the toddler's name, birthdate, and up to three photos. he toddler's birthday gets incorporated into the poem.
