Return Policy

All of the products created by GiftYouFamous.com are custom-made, and therefore, nonreturnable. It is the policy of GiftYouFamous.com, a division of Thompson Assets, LLC, not to refund purchases on items already shipped. As stated in our General Terms and Conditions policy, first paragraph, we work with the client to ensure his/her satisfaction with the product, starting with two electronic compositions to give the client a choice on the project's direction. Up to three electronic revisions of the chosen composition will be prepared. When the client is satisfied with the electronic composition, we ask that he/she state so in writing before we print, mat & frame. If, after three revisions, the client is still not satisfied, he/she has the option of paying for additional revisions at $15.00 per revised composition or receiving a full refund. The client will be asked to state in writing which way he/she wishes to proceed.
