General Terms and Conditions
Payment is due by credit card at time of order. Each project begins with a discussion with the client to help determine the project's direction. From that discussion, we prepare an initial draft composition and send it to the client electronically in PDF format for review. We then work with the client to ensure his/her satisfaction with the product, documenting requested changes in the process, and providing the client with revised compositions of those changes. Up to three electronic revised compositions will be prepared and sent electronically in PDF format for review. When the client is satisfied with the electronic composition, we ask that he/she state so in writing before we print, mat & frame. If, after three revisions, the client is still not satisfied, he/she has the option of paying for additional revisions at $15.00 per revised composition or receiving a full refund. The client will be asked to state in writing which way he/she wishes to proceed.
Prices given for each product include:- Our standard package of single mat and black metal frame with glass (not plexiglass)
- Free optional gift-wrap with gift card enclosure.
- Magazine covers and single-page articles: printed as an 8”x10” print, and matted and framed for a finished dimension* of 11”x14”.
- Cover stories: cover plus a one-page article will each be printed as 8”x10” images, and matted and framed for a finished dimension* of 16”x22”. Cover plus a two-page article would yield a finished dimension* of 16”x32”.
- Mosaic photo collage: Dimensions depend on the number of photographs and people in the photographs provided by the client. From the provided photos, twenty 2”x2” crops will yield a finished dimension* of 16”x20”; thirty 2”x2” crops will yield a finished dimension* of 18”x22”.
- Photo gallery: images will be printed as 5”x7” and 8”x10” prints (mixed, or all one size, at the client’s discretion) and matted and framed for finished dimensions* of 8”x10” and 11”x14”, respectively.
- Additional charges for extra/upgraded mat and/or frame may be applied.
- Shipping addresses in Maryland are subject to sales tax.
